atteint de nouveaux records \u00e0 tous les niveaux : transactions, prix, ou encore d\u00e9lais de 000 sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, soit 14,5% de plus qu\u2019en 2019. Un volume encore jamais atteint sur le march\u00e9 immobilier ancien.<\/p><p>Par ailleurs, les acheteurs ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de taux d\u2019emprunt historiquement bas, 1,13% en moyenne. Le volume des cr\u00e9dits immobiliers s\u2019est donc lui aussi envol\u00e9, avec une hausse de 16,7%, participant activement \u00e0 la reprise des transactions immobili\u00e8res d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section immobiliers en hausse<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section septi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive. En effet, le montant moyen des maisons a progress\u00e9 de 7,4% et celui des appartements de 5,3%. Les prix immobiliers moyens en France avoisinent d\u00e9sormais les 3 000 \u20ac\/m2.<\/p><p>Cette hausse est principalement port\u00e9e par les maisons (+8,1% vs. +5,6% pour les appartements), ainsi que les villes moyennes (+8,4%) et les stations baln\u00e9aires (+12,2%).
