cela signifie emm\u00e9nager dans un nouveau bien. Aussi, une question s\u2019impose : devez-vous vendre avant de commencer \u00e0 chercher un nouveau bien ? Ou devez-vous acheter en premier ?<\/p><p>Parfois, le choix s\u2019impose \u00e0 vous si vous avez un coup de c\u0153ur pour un bien (Pensez \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/welmo.fr\/creer_alerte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cr\u00e9er votre alerte mail<\/a> pour ne pas passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de votre p\u00e9pite !). Par exemple, si vous vendez un bien \u00e0 150 000\u20ac, la banque pourra retenir entre 75 000\u20ac et 120 000\u20ac pour vous proposer un pr\u00eat.<\/p><p>Aussi, cela reposera sur l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/welmo.fr\/estimation-immobiliere\">estimation pr\u00e9cise de votre bien<\/a> r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable et l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de votre projet de vente. Plus la probabilit\u00e9 de vendre rapidement sera importante, plus le montant de votre pr\u00eat pourra \u00eatre \u00e9lev\u00e9.
